AI reception & automation for service businesses
Turn website enquiries into clear next steps.
For service businesses that quote, schedule and follow up. A website chat asks the questions you would ask, then puts the enquiry in your inbox with nothing sent until a person decides.
The demo runs in your browser on a fictional cleaning business. Sample details only.
Wattle & Wren Home Cleaning (fictional)
Customer · website chat
Assistant: Hi! Welcome to Wattle & Wren. What type of clean do you need?
Customer: Hi, I need an end of lease clean for a 2 bedroom apartment in Brunswick
Assistant: Got it — an end-of-lease clean, an apartment, 2 bedrooms, in Brunswick. How many bathrooms?

What came of it
Interactive demoYour side: one inbox, and nothing sent until you say so.
The same enquiry as the customer saw it, now as your team reads it: status, the details, a suggested reply to edit, and the next step.
Needs attention, up front
What is unsure or missing is listed at the top of the enquiry, not buried in a transcript.
Every detail says where it came from
Customer said it, the chat inferred it, or staff set it. Nothing is presented as more certain than it is.
No contact? It says so
An enquiry without a contact detail is marked plainly, and never pretends the customer can be reached.

Customer: 1 bathroom
Assistant: Got it — 1 bathroom. When would you like the clean?
Customer: The last week of November, a weekday morning if possible
Assistant: Got it — “The last week of November, a weekday morning if possible” as your preferred time (just a preference for now). What name should the team use? Any sample name is fine.
Customer: Priya
Assistant: Thanks — I have your name (Priya). Email or a phone call? (In this demo nobody contacts you.) You can skip this.
Customer: Email
Assistant: Which sample email should the demo record? Use one such as sam.sample@example.invalid.
Customer: sam.sample@example.invalid
Assistant: Got it — your email address. That's everything for now. In this demo it's marked “Needs review” in the demo owner view.
A complete enquiry: every detail given, a sample email held. It waits for a person to open it; nothing has been sent.
Features
Built around the jobs an enquiry creates.
Capture and qualify it, hand it to a person when needed, keep it in one inbox, line up the booking, and answer the way you would. One scene state per job.
The chat asks one question at a time, answers approved FAQs and records the customer's own words. The owner side fills in as it goes.

How it works
From the first message to your follow-up, in four steps.
- 1. Website enquiry. The customer types what they need; the chat asks one question at a time and answers approved FAQs.
- 2. Handoff or contact choice. A request for a person pauses the questions. Otherwise the customer chooses email or a phone call, or skips.
- 3. Owner review. The enquiry waits in the owner inbox with its details, what needs attention and a suggested reply to approve.
- 4. Staff follow up. A person emails or phones the customer themselves, from their own email or phone. The product sends nothing.
Step 1: Enquiry
A customer writes in the chat on your website and answers a few short questions.
Step 2: Contact or handoff
They say how they would like to be followed up, or ask for a person and are handed over at once.
Step 3: Owner review
Your team opens the enquiry, sees what is unsure or missing, and edits the suggested reply.
Step 4: You follow up
Staff send the reply from their own email, phone the customer, or request a booking for a time they choose.
When it can’t help: it hands over to a person. Anything that sounds urgent gets safety advice first. Nothing is sent to a customer without someone on your team deciding.
